The Central Phoenix Way

Meet Mary King

Mary began her real estate career at the ripe age of 12. Obviously that’s a joke but she was dragged to countless showings and open houses with a mother in the real estate business. Although she swore she would never follow in her mother’s footsteps, like working weekends or answering calls at dinner, the love of real estate and the client’s she gets to help prevailed. Flash forward to today and Mary now has 15 years of her own real estate experience under her belt. Her knowledge and successes speak volumes about the strong work ethic and passion she possesses.

Mary’s love of Central Phoenix began when she attended Xavier College Prepatory. Thank goodness for Xavier because it introduced her to her high school sweetheart, a Brophy Bronco, turned husband, Danny. After graduating from Arizona State University (go Devils!), Mary began her real estate career, got married, had two sweet baby girls and moved to Central Phoenix.

When Mary is not helping client’s, you can catch the Kings’ coaching the girls sports, volunteering for various organizations, or riding bikes to their favorite restaurants in the neighborhood. On any given night, you could swing by and join five friends or 100 for an impromptu BBQ and a cold drink, the more the merrier is a King family motto.  Anything you need, please call, I will be happy you did!

Kara Levenda

Licensed Realtor

Kara has been a licensed real estate agent for just over two years and has spent the entirety of her career working alongside Mary.  After living (and loving life) in New York City for a year, Kara returned home to pursue her greatest passion in life: real estate.  As luck would have it, she was incredibly fortunate to meet Mary and begin her career with not only the best mentor but someone she now considers one of her best friends.  When she's not busy working, you are most likely to find Kara spending time with her family (fun fact: she has ten nieces and nephews), at happy hour with friends or at an Arizona Coyotes game.  Kara is a native to Arizona, raised in the west valley and now resides in the Arcadia area - where she lives in her grandparent's first home, and only home in Arizona, built in 1955.
